What to Expect Getting Started

Register as a member on our platform, APP.STLCARE.IO 
New member registrations only take a few minutes to complete, and cost $125 annually, paid via credit card.

Please note, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled by the account holder. Users may adjust their membership status at anytime, in their online account's Billing Settings. All STL Care fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable once payment is processed.

Complete your online account -
By reviewing your Account's Settings, and updating any applicable & important profile preferences. Members then have the opportunity to schedule a Welcome Call with our support team, to get any lasting questions answered.

Oh no! Didn't schedule your Welcome Call? Not to worry - a member of our our team will give you a ring within 1 week of registration, just in case. Our office has managers on call around the clock, and is always on hand to answer urgent questions + provide support, nearly 24/7. 

Begin booking & requesting Providers right away, through:

Our Casual Care feature - popular for those just needing some company when a relative can't make it over, or some help around the house. 


Or try submitting a request through our Consistent Care option -

Schedule in advance and allow us to customize a care plan, matching you with the same providers.


Can't choose which STL Care service is right for you? Members always have access to both! (See the Rates page for pricing on individual services!)

Standby for updates on your request -

We'll notify you via email as soon as there are any updates to your submitted requests. Visit your online account to check the status of a Casual Care appointment, or read & respond to a Consistent Care message.

Confirmation or Decline:

Your appointments will move from the pending queue, and into the confirmed queue. If your provider declines, don't panic! A decline does not equal a cancellation. This is when our office team jumps in to find you the next available & suitable provider.


If there are any problems leading up to your appointment, our managers will step in to offer alternate solutions! 

Payment to Your Provider -

Upon completion of appointments, our providers are paid directly, at a set rate of $17.5/hr. Members usually pay via Cash, Check, Venmo or PayPal. Please note- tips are never required, but always appreciated.

Repeat as often as needed, with 24/7 access to your account. Members can request time changes, cancel appointments, and reach out to their provider directly, 1 hour prior to an appointment - all from your dashboard.
